Catchy title, isn't it? But that's exactly how I'd describe my weekend.
Let's start at the beginning shall we?

Saturday.

2 p.m - Sarah calling. Telling me to meet her and the girls at 7.15 p.m at the cinema.

6 p.m - Sarah calling. Telling me to meet her and the girls at 7.45 p.m at the cinema.

Reassuring me that, YES, she did tell the others.

7.45 p.m all four of us (me, Sarah, Mone, Henny) finally meet at the cinema.
Not all of us knew the right time.
Not all of us knew that we were NOT going for a drink before the movie.
Not all of us knew that we were going to Henny's place after the move.
Not all of us knew that we were going to have a sleep-over at Henny's place.

Sarah, cupcake, you know we love you....but we will NEVER EVER again let you organize ANYTHING.

So...what's with the title you'll ask?

I'm getting there.

Now, the movie that I was press-ganged to watch.
Sex and the City 2. GREAT.

Me at the ticket counter:

Why did I feel that way?

Because I really, really can't see the appeal of this TV show (and therefore the movies).

1.Those women are OLD (but OMG the shoes!).

2.When they talk about their sexlife and relationships you get the impression that they suffer from loss of reality (but OMG the shoes!)

AND 3. I really, really think that Sarah-Jessica Parker (Carrie) is one of the ugliest actresses, like, ever.

Please tell me, that there is someone out there who agrees? Because my friends, they don't get it at all.

But...guess what? YES! Her SHOES!

I really, really loved the shoes. They were ridiculously expensive, ridiculously high and ridiculously beautiful
(well they also looked ridiculosly uncomfortable, after wearing shoes like that you're probably like "just hack off my feet, so that they don't hurt anymore", btw Sarah can tell you one thing or two about that, hehe)

Well, anyways, I survived it.

Sunday.

2 a.m - after a midnight snack (mostly vegetables) and a round of board games (I know, 22 going on 40, haha..)

We saw it.

The red moon. I never saw anything like it. Very beautyful.

And, as far as I know, a bad omen. But we'll get to that.

4 a.m - I wake up because Henny's beast of a cat thinks it has to hunt AND BITE my toes.

6 a.m - I wake up because Henny's beast of a cat thinks it has to hunt AND BITE my fingers.

7. 36 a.m - I wake up because Henny's beast of a cat thinks it has to WAKE ME UP because I HAVE TO PLAY WITH HER. Yay. I didn't sleep after that. (why didn't I just close the door? because then that hell-spawn would just scratch at the door and meow very loudly and you wouldn't be able to sleep anyway..gah.)

about 11.30 a.m - (Sarah already left) I went to find the cage with Lydia's (Henny's little sister, who wasn't home) two guinea pigs.

I enter the room with the cage.

Strange smell. I didn't think anything of that.

Beast at my heels. Came after me.

I see a bit of fur inside the little house in the cage.

Me: "Come here baby" *strange kissy sounds*

Nothing.

Me: "Come here baby wake up " *more kissy sounds*

Still nothing. Uhhhkaaay...

So I went to find Henny.

Me: "Uhm Henny? I think..well..I'm not sure..uh one of the guinea pigs might be...kind of..like..dead."

Me, Henny and Mone enter the room.

Henny: "OMG WHAT'S THAT SMELL?"

Goes to the cage. More kissy sounds. More nothing.

Henny: "Shit, I think it's dead."

Genius.

Removed the little house.

All three: "Urghh..."

Yup. Looks dead.

Henny: "Shit, what do we do now?"

Get a box, get it inside, out with it?

Got a box. Now the icky part. Get it inside.

Found a dustpan. Henny tried first.

Henny: *not looking* "yuck" *shovel* *shovel* "yuck" *looking* "EEhh! I can't do it! Someone else please!"

Me: "Okay I'll do it. *shovel* OMG IT MOVED!!!"

All: *screaming*

Henny: "Is it really dead??"

Takes the dustpan.

*poke*

Nothing.

Me: "Looks kind of...flabby."

Henny: *poke* "Nope. I'ts dead."

I get the dustpan again and the pig on it. Drop it in the box.

Me: "Urgh, thats it, now what? Bury it?"

Henny: "We don't have a shovel. And no yard."

Great.

At the end we got a plastic bag, put the box inside and the bag in the trash can outside.

That stuff with the red moon and the dead pet - kind of creepy, right?

You remember my dear Betty-Baby I guess?

Well...she died. I don't know what happened exactly...she was fine one day and the next she's dead.

After I found her (and..well..after I stopped crying), I talked to my friend on the phone and decided to go and bury her somewhere outside, though it was already 11.30 pm. It's just that..you know..I loved her and everything but...the thought of sleeping with a dead hamster in my apartment..it just creeps me out.

I have to admit I was kind of nervous about heading out that late..because well, I told you about the neighborhood I live in..? (last post) ...not very reassuring at night. And I didn't get that pepper spray yet...
So..anyways, I went outside and thought "Ah well what will happen? I'm overreacting." And guess what happened? Right, two guys, drunk as a skunk, hitting on me. But you know..I wasn't even scared. More like pissed. I was like
"Seriously, guys? I'm standing here with puffed up eyes. Without make-up. Wearing ratty sweatpants. Holding a box with a dead hamster. AND YOU'RE HITTING ON ME?!? WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU??"
Then I added some words about their balls, my foot and their throats and they buzzed off. I guess that didn't go too bad, huh? Well, I buried my Betty-Baby and got home without further incidents...I'm still getting that pepper spray, though.
You wanna know why I liked my Betty so much? Most of all, because she kept me company. Some people don't understand that, they say stuff like "Jeez, that's just a hamster not a dog or anything." But still it felt nice when I came home and there was someone. Someone you could also talk to. Even if it was a tiny animal, looking at you with their cute button eyes and probably only thinking "Cough up my raisin already."
Oh, and since I soo do not like to be alone in my apartment, I already got me a new roommate, so to speak. His name is Bob, and he's a teddy bear hamster. Hopefully he'll stay with me much longer than my Betty-Baby.

In case you are wondering whether I'm a homeless person yet...I am not! I found a new appartment. It's tiny, it's cozy, it's pretty and I love it! (btw Betty loves it, too, more space to scurry around and do her 'I-am-hamster-hear-me-roar' thing...) Sounds nice? Well...
There is this teeny-tiny negative side...the neighborhood. Pretty, colourful brothels, many pretty colorful people, not pretty save (to put it in a flowery way). Well, duh, you can't have everything.

Today is my mother's 18th day of death. She died in my arms (sort of) when I was a child of four. The only memory of her that I can recall is how she used to chase me back home when I didn't want to go inside in the evening. My first stepmother took almost everything that was left of my mother's belongings (pictures and jewelry; that's how my father had told me anyway) with her. And to top it all off my mother's grave has been destroyed a few years ago. If decided to go to Tajikistan (that's where I was born and lived until the age of six) I couldn't even visit her grave. This picture is one of the very few that are left. The baby is me of course :-).

Since I'm not going to Italy with my parents next week, me n my cousin Anna (yeah that's right her last name is also the same which can get quite confusing sometimes) went on a spontaneous trip to the Czech Republic last saturday. We (n two other guys) stayed at a cute little campsite for a couple of days..n it's been quite fun actually. And in case our planned Dubai trip (Yes! That's right! We're planning to go to Dubai...potential rich husbands watch out! muahahahahaaaa) doesn't work out next year, we're going to repeat this.

Yea I know I haven't been posting in a while...but I just don't know what to write (my life's just so fuck-o boring at the moment haha) And also I've never been an excessive writer ... in highschool my teachers were lucky to squeeze some more than two pages of an essay out of me.
And since I have NO CAMERA ANYMORE (yes I'm talking to you, my beloved-camera-loosing-broke-ass-sister) I can't just post a photo or something...okay even if I had one... Just wanted to let you know, that I'll be "back to life" by next tuesday. Ahhh..I just can't wait to be free to go wherever I want to (and WHENEVER I want to!). I'm looking forward to my promised tequila-night with Liz, especially...(I hope she knows what she got herself into..muahahahahaaaa). AND, the more important news are that this time is going to be my last as nanny. For all the things that I'm doing here, I'm definately UNDERPAID (I also won't have time anymore as soon as the new semester starts, but that's the minor reason). Well, there is one good point though (not counting the money!): I know now that I'm not going to have children for AT LEAST the next fifteen/twenty years. Chores suck. Especially when there are children involved.

Have you ever tried to wear over-sized baggy-sweats, an apron, listening to old euro-trash hits and dance around in the kitchen while you're cooking? No? You missed something. I can tell you, it's FUN! Lol. For anybody who doesn't know yet: I started to work as a full-time-nanny two weeks ago...yeah I know, I'm not the 'children type'... but the kids are still alive. I haven't eaten them. Yet. :P. No sereously, I kinda enjoy myself here (though I don't feel like singing old musical hits and waving around an umbrella...like some Mary Poppins lady). The kids (Valeriya (11) and Daniel (10)) are well-behaved and don't cause any trouble. Unfortunately, I can't upload any photos because my camera is broken...(rest in peace baby, you did a great job...). It's nice to know that you are able to keep two kids (and two animals) alive and healthy and happy for almost three weeks (I know there are still five days left for catastrophies to happen...o.O). At least I have proven now that I can cook (No, Dad, I didn't poison them. Ha.Ha.) And by the way, my running out of recipes doesn't downsize my cooking skills. No.

Nonetheless I have to admit that I feel somehow 'in two columns' about this job. It's..you know...it's well paid and I DEFINATELY need the money...but at the same time I feel terribly sorry for the kids, because their parents are working so much abroad, sometimes, like now, three weeks in a row. I don't say that they're bad parents. But I'm not sure whether this is any good for the kids. Well I guess it's not my job to judge them. However, I have to prepare lunch now. I'll stay updated.

Alright. That's it then. My very first post of my very first blog.

Only...what do you put in your very first post? (actually, the first thing I wondered was, whether to write in english or german, obviously, I've chosen english, though I'm not that good in it) Well, since I am lazy, I didn't bother to read some other "first posts", to see what others wrote. So I'm just going to put in here what I think should be in and what I would want to know myself.

First of all: what am I going to post in this blog? Answer: read. the. title. (no, the answer is NOT 42...)
Secondly: why did I even start to write a blog in the first place? Answer: well, at this point I would like to write something intellectual like "I was looking for some challenge" or whatsoever but, in fact the reason is: it is late. I can't sleep. I'm bored.
And thirdly: who the hell are you and what is so important that you have to share it in a blog? Answer: Who am I? I am a human beeing and internet-user. Period. (anybody who's trying now to analyze this answer in some pseudo-psychological way can go straight to HELL...) And what do I have to say important? Well. We'll see.

Finally I want to post my favorite poem (Jesus, that sounds gay...( YES I do use these words in one sentence and YES I do use the word "gay" with this undertone...you don't like it? Too bad.))
